I have had the pleasure to work with Mr. Bulger and The Marc Bulger Foundation for several years. The commitment and caring the Foundation shows toward our men and women in uniform is remarkable. Since the Foundation is committed purely to helping active military as well as veterans, this concentration of quality results in immeasurable benefit to them.

Mr. Bulger’s generous contribution to the St. Louis Police Foundation enable the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Departments SWAT Team to purchase state of the art sniper rifles. These weapons have enhanced the capability of the SWAT Team to better serve the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and the citizens of the City of St. Louis.

The mission of Midwest Marines Foundation is to assist wounded warriors who are experiencing a difficult time in their transition from the battlefield to civilian life. To fulfill this mission, MMF hosts 4 week-long workshops during the year for wounded warriors who are suffering from the physical and/or emotional effects of combat. Mr. Bulger and his Foundation have been instrumental in providing the financial support necessary to conduct the workshops and heal our warriors. As a direct result of Mr. Bulger’s tremendous generosity, the wounded warriors who attend MMF’s “Focus” course are transformed with renewed confidence, enhanced life skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
